I’m Coach Cory! The owner and coach behind Rock Point Fitness. As an ACE certified personal trainer, functional movement specialist, and nutrition coach, I’ve helped over 100 clients build strength and lasting habits. My experience in competitive sports like hockey and bodybuilding, has shaped my coaching approach; emphasizing smart training, injury prevention and sustainable progress. Whether one on one, group sessions, or through my online coaching, I provide structured training, nutrition guidance, and the ongoing support you need to help you reach your goals.

Rock Point Fitness was established in 2021, as a way of battling the struggles of Gym shutdowns. Over the years services have expanded to accommodate the growing needs of the fitness industry and the demands of our local community.

Rock Point Fitness is by appointment only.

One on One sessions are scheduled depending on the individuals needs and schedule.

Strength Lab hours 5pm-8pm Monday/Thursday, 6am-10am Sundays. Limited spots available.
